After Porsche unveiled the 911, it is now engaged in the development of the next generation Boxster and Cayman. These will be completed only after two years so the other vehicles in its range also require some freshening. The first prototype of what will be the facelifted Panamera has been seen being tested on the streets in Germany.

This test mule only has received changes to its headlights and LED foglights. However, new clusters are expected to be at the back too. It’s likely to be similar to the 911’s appearance shown last week. The more significant changes will be seen in 2015, which is when a sportier Panamera will come as a two-door version that would be marketed as the 928. The changes will be evident within a year.
